Q-jin is a placement agency. We are what many people know as "recruiters," but certainly not "head hunters." Where "head hunters" for the most part do not take into account whether a candidate is seeking a new position or not, as "recruiters", we only deal with job seekers.

Q-jin is contracted by our client company to seek out the best candidates for an available position. At times we are asked to act as a company's Human Resources department, and other times we are asked to work *with* a company's Human Resources department.

Q-jin's services are absolutely *FREE* to job seekers. This includes the preliminary interview, setting up the secondary interviews, and any research regarding the position. Feel free to ask us about anything employment (writing resumes or preparing for an interview) or visa related. We may not be able to help you 100% of the time, but we will most likely be able to point you in the right direction.

One of Q-jin's finest points is our personal touch. With larger recruiters/placement agencies, you may not get the one-on-one attention you deserve. At Q-jin, we pride ourselves on not only prep work, but follow up work as well with not only the client, but with the employee as well.
