Application for Employment

While we would prefer to meet with you face to face, for our in-state applicants, if our client does not provide interview expenses, we will perform telephone interviews with you. Also, if you are only free on weekends for interviews, please advise us so, and we will set a more convenient weekend time for you.

After your interview with Q-jin (the preliminary stage), Q-jin will write an evaluation based primarily from your interview to send to our clients. Based on this evaluation our clients may decide to 1) meet with you or 2) not meet with you.

Q-jin will not reveal the name of our client until said client has granted us permission to do so. Permission is usually granted when our client is interested in your resume, or in meeting you for an interview.
