Posting a job and registering with Q-jin is absolutely free. We do have rates for placement however, but such is also negotiable. After we receive a job description from your company, Q-jin will immediately begin to match our pool of candidates with the requisites of your position. We then perform the preliminary screening process of the candidates and send you an evaluation based on their resume, interview and potential. As our job is to provide you with the best candiates currently seeking employment, we will not simply forward resume after resume as such would defeat the purpose of employing our services in the first place.
